  • Air Mattress for 3rd Person $15/night extra
  • Reserve right to reschedule room to one of equal or greater quality before arrival if necessary to accommodate other bookings
  • Minimum stay required : Please Call for stays of 2 nights or less
  • No smoking allowed in the house
  • Call directly for pet policies
  • Limitations on children staying
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
  • Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is Noon

 

 

  • Cancellations:

We really hate needing a policy for this, so we called around to find out what everyone else does and tried to make something fair, we settled on

14 days notice required for cancellation;


if the room does not fill up with another booking then 50% of the original stay is charged to the credit card used for holding that room;


if we can book the room then no fee is applied.
