Dedicated Bathroom is a private bathroom with a glass fronted tiled walk in shower just down the hall from the Blue Room door.

En-suited Bathroom is a private bathroom with a glass fronted tiled walk in shower that is inside the Gold Room master bedroom.

*$15 dollar/night extra for additional air mattress needs, no extra taxes or fees.

Reserve right to reschedule room to one of equal or greater quality before arrival if necessary to accommodate other bookings
Minimum stay required : Please Call for stays of 2 nights or less
No smoking allowed in the house
Call directly for pet policies
Limitations on children staying
No childcare is provided
Consumption of alcohol is permitted
Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is Noon

Cancellations:

We really hate needing a policy for this, so we called around to find out what everyone else does and tried to make something fair, we settled on

14 days notice required for cancellation,

if the room does not fill up with another booking then 50% of the original stay is charged to the credit card used for holding that room,

if we can book the room then no fee is applied.
